Ошибка с TIMEZONE

Проблема.
После установки сайта выводится:

Админка работает, но вверху похожая фигня:

Вписывал в php.ini date_default_timezone_set('Europe/Moscow') и date.timezone = "Europe/Moscow" ... не помогло.

а после этого apache перезапускали?

Да, перезапускал весь сервер (Апач, ессессно тоже с ним). Единственное, что изменилось - записи разбились по абзацам.

пишите в тот php.ini, который в папке с движком, или в тот, который /etc/php5/apache2/php.ini (по крайней мере это путь в дебиане)?

запись в первый мне не помогла, а вот во второй решила проблему.

если это не помогает то проверьте какой выставлен часовой пояс и дата-время.
пишут, что это вроде тоже влияет

я даже до конца дочитал эту поэму))) на это у меня ушло банка ягуара.... температура головного мозга повысилась до 0.2 градуса..... челюсть падала об стол 3 раза, глаза чуть не послали друг друга подальше... но я все равно дочитал это все... и естественно ничего не понял))))

Пишу в тот php.ini, который в /etc , как повелел сему <?php phpinfo(); ?>
Напоминаю - CentOS

а часовой пояс там нормально выставлен?

если да то извините, ничем помочь не могу, работаю только на дебиане, попробуйте написать на форумы по центоси
